No More Rush! ChargeSini Extends Idle Grace Period to 30 Minutes After Charging Completes
We hear you and we’ve extended our idle grace period from 15 minutes to 30 minutes after a charging session ends. This means drivers now have up to 30 minutes to unplug and move their vehicles before idle fees being imposed.
The idle fee rate remains from RM1 for every 5 minutes, and it will still only apply once the station reaches 50% occupancy rate.
This update gives EV drivers more flexibility, especially in large venues such as shopping malls, offices, and charging hubs where it may take longer to return to their vehicles.
