Why Chargesini?

Chargesini provides a wide range of EV Chargers that are integrated with our cloud platform, allowing you to locate nearby chargers, reserve charging slot, and complete the payment via our application.

Where Can I Find Chargesini?

Chargesini’s EV Chargers can be found in whole Malaysia, you can simply view all our EV Charging stations on our website “Our Stations”.

How Do I Start A Charging Session At Chargesini?

Firstly, turn on Chargesini’s App and make sure you have linked a credit or debit card to your account. When it’s done, you can now start locating the EV Charging station nearby. Reserve the charging slot and select “I’m Here” upon your arrival. Then, plug-in the cable and start charging, as soon as the charging is completed, the charging fee will be charged to the card that is linked to your account.

What If I Leave My Vehicle On The Charging Spot?

If your charging session is completed but you did not move your vehicle away from the charging spot in 10 minutes, an IDLE Fee of RM1 every 5 minutes will be charged to your card automatically.

What Are ChargeSini's Charges For AC Charging?

If you charge your vehicle with an AC Charger, the charging fee is RM1.10 per kW, which is around RM 0.20 to RM 0.40 per minute.

What Are ChargeSini's Charges For DC Charging?

If you charge your vehicle with a DC Charger, the charging fee is RM1.2 to RM 1.38 per kW, which is around RM 0.80 to RM 4.14 per minute.

Reservation

Do I Need to Pay Deposit For Making A Reservation?

Yes, RM5 will be charged automatically when you make a reservation, but you don’t have to worry, the deposit will be fully refunded when the charging session is completed. Just keep in mind that if you fail to arrive or did not meet the minimum charging amount of RM5, the deposit will be forfeited.

Why There Is A Parking Barrier On The Charging Spot?

The parking barrier serves to secure your reservation, when you have made a reservation for either 10, 20, or 30 minutes (optional), other users will not be able to occupy the charging spot during the period you reserved.

What Should I Do If The Parking Barrier Malfunction?

If the parking barrier is not functioning upon your arrival, kindly contact our customer support at 011-16381880, or select “Get Help” in the Chargesini App.
