How do I start a charging session?
Open the ChargeSini app and link a credit or debit card. Find a nearby station, reserve a bay, tap “I’m Here” when you arrive, then plug in. The fee goes to your linked card when the session ends.

How much does charging cost?
AC is RM0.99 per kWh. DC fast charging is RM1.19 to RM1.38 per kWh depending on the site. The app shows the live rate before you start.
What if I stay in the bay after charging?
You have 30 minutes after the session ends to unplug and move. After that, an idle fee is charged to your card.
Do I pay a deposit to reserve?
Yes, RM5, refunded when the session completes. It is kept if you don’t arrive or charge less than RM5.
Which cars can use ChargeSini?
Every EV brand sold in Malaysia, from Tesla and BYD to Proton e.MAS, BMW and Volvo. AC bays use Type 2; DC bays use CCS2.
Why is there a parking barrier on the charging bay?
The barrier holds your reservation. When you reserve for 10, 20 or 30 minutes, nobody else can park in the bay until you arrive.

How long does home charging take?
Most EVs here accept 7 or 11 kW AC. A 7.4 kW wallbox takes a typical 60 kWh car from 20% to 90% in about six hours; 11 kW takes about four. DC reaches 80% in roughly 20 to 30 minutes.
AC charger vs DC charger: what’s the difference?
AC chargers (7 to 22 kW) charge over a few hours and suit homes, condos, offices and hotels. DC fast chargers (40 to 180 kW) take most EVs to 80% in about 20 to 30 minutes and suit malls, petrol stations and highway stops. The ChargeSini network has both, and the station map shows which type each station has.
Do you install EV chargers at home?
Yes. Our own licensed teams check your home's wiring and TNB supply (single or three phase), install a NEXUS 7.4 kW or NEXUS PRO 22 kW wallbox, set it up in the ChargeSini app and handle the paperwork. Every charger has a two-year warranty.
Can I charge my EV with solar?
Yes. GridSini, our home solar brand, installs rooftop solar under TNB's Solar ATAP programme. Daytime solar charges your EV and runs your home first; extra solar goes to the TNB grid for bill credit, and an optional home battery stores it for evening charging.
Can I get a charger in my condo?
Yes, with approval from your management. We also offer a zero-capex model where we install and run chargers for the whole building.
Does ChargeSini work with other networks?
Yes. ChargeSini has roaming partnerships with Gentari and ChargEV.
What warranty do chargers have?
Two years on all ChargeSini AC and DC chargers.
