ChargeSini Idle Fee Now Kicks In at 75% Occupancy

As shown on their updated app, ChargeSini’s idle fees will now only kick in when the station hits 75% capacity.

This means if an EV charging location has four charging bays, the fees will only be imposed if three out of four chargers at the location are occupied.

For users who plan to charge overnight, ChargeSini has an idle fee cut-off time where the idle fees are not applicable. In most locations, the cut-off time is between 12:00am to 9:00am.

ChargeSini customers will receive a single phone call once charging is completed. If the occupancy rate has hit 75%, ChargeSini will make a total of 3 calls to notify the customer to remove their vehicle.
