Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and assess technical feasibility for new EV charger installations
- Prepare installation proposals and technical inputs including, load calculations, power requirements, and layout recommendations
- Cable routing plans and installation method statements
- Bill of materials and scope-of-work documentation
- Collaborate with business development, design, and project teams during proposal phase
- Perform installation supervision, commissioning, and testing of EV charging stations (AC & DC)
- Monitor and maintain installed chargers for uptime, safety, and compliance
- Troubleshoot hardware and communication issues on-site using diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with utility providers, civil contractors, and equipment OEMs as required
- Maintain accurate field reports, checklists, and service logs
- Ensure all work complies with electrical safety standards, local codes, and company policies
- Provide customer support and training for end-users when needed
- Perform others related duties as may be required by the Management.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in project coordination/management, preferably with electrical systems or EV charger installations.
- Strong knowledge of electrical load calculations, power requirements, site assessments, and EV charger standards.
- Experience in planning, supervising, commissioning, and testing projects with sub-contractors.
- Proficient in project management tools and technical documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel to sites and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
