Project Executive

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate pre-installation and post-installation works
  • Schedule planning and management
  • Budget controlling and invoice processing
  • Liaise with sales and installation departments to ensure met clients’ expectation
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure installation process runs smoothly
  • Coordinate with other departments to assist on relevant license applications
  • Generate reports to be sent to the CPO and Project Manager
  • Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues for the EV Chargers
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree graduates
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in administrative or operations support, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in handling office operations, procurement, documentation, and coordination tasks.
  • Familiarity with basic office procedure, accounting, or logistics processes will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office systems.
