Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate pre-installation and post-installation works
- Schedule planning and management
- Budget controlling and invoice processing
- Liaise with sales and installation departments to ensure met clients’ expectation
- Liaise with contractors to ensure installation process runs smoothly
- Coordinate with other departments to assist on relevant license applications
- Generate reports to be sent to the CPO and Project Manager
- Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues for the EV Chargers
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree graduates
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in administrative or operations support, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment.
- Proven experience in handling office operations, procurement, documentation, and coordination tasks.
- Familiarity with basic office procedure, accounting, or logistics processes will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office systems.
