Procurement cum Admin Assistant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and selecting suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines;
  • Prepare and issue purchase order(s) to vendors and suppliers;
  • Assist in stock level monitoring and reordering of stock when required;
  • Generate and maintain accurate procurement records;
  • Maintain filing system up-to-date;
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to confirm order specifications and resolve any delivery or invoice discrepancies;
  • Communicate order status, shipment updates, and delays to relevant department;
  • Handle general office admin tasks related to procurement; and
  • Undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by your superior or the management from time to time.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma graduates. 1-2 years’ experience in the EV or related technology industry (optional, but beneficial).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of managing stress and meeting tight timelines.
  • Experienced in handling procurement tasks from A–Z, including sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, PO issuance, vendor management, and delivery coordination.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred due to business communication requirements
