Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update operational tracking sheets, job schedules, service logs, and project timelines;
- Coordinate with internal departments to support operational activities;
- Prepare and maintain proper filing of operation-related documents such as work orders, delivery orders, service reports, installation forms, and maintenance logs;
- Assist in issuing and following up on work instructions, purchase requests, or job assignments;
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, or service teams to schedule and confirm site visits, deliveries, and job completion;
- Follow up on job progress and ensure timely updates are communicated to clients or stakeholders;
- Handle general office administrative duties such as handling calls or emails, and supporting team members with operational queries;
- Ensure compliance with company processes, safety policies, and documentation standards; and
- Undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by your superior or the management from time to time.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma graduates
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of relevant working experience in administrative or operations support, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment.
- Proven experience in handling office operations, procurement, documentation, and coordination tasks.
- Familiarity with basic HR, accounting, or logistics processes will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office systems.
