Malaysia's Top CPO ChargeSini Hits 900 EV Charging Points in q4 of 2024!

In Q4 of 2024, ChargeSini solidified its position as a key player in Malaysia’s EV infrastructure sector, surpassing 900 EV charging points nationwide.

This milestone marks ChargeSini as still the largest Charge Point Operator (CPO) in the country, demonstrating our commitment to supporting the burgeoning EV market.

By Q4 2024, ChargeSini had successfully increased its network to over 900 EV charging points nationwide. This growth was facilitated by the installation of more than 200 new charging points during the year, strategically distributed across various locations to ensure maximum accessibility for EV users. The distribution strategy remained consistent, with installations in condominiums, commercial centers, and public facilities, including educational institutions and healthcare centers.

ChargeSini continues to strengthen Malaysia’s EV charging infrastructure with significant expansions in the final quarter of 2024. From October to December, we successfully deployed 16 new charging ports across key locations, ensuring greater accessibility for EV drivers nationwide.

Bringing More Charging Points to Key Locations

In Q4, ChargeSini introduced new charging stations in residential areas, commercial hubs, and shopping malls, addressing the growing demand for EV charging solutions. Among the newly added locations are Vila Vista, Hartamas Regency, Wisma Chuang, and Sogo KL, each equipped with either AC 22kW or DC 60kW chargers to cater to different charging needs.

Meanwhile, strategic sites such as Great Eastern Mall, Zenith Suites, The Commune, One Tanjong Tower A & B, and Econsave Permas Jaya have also been upgraded with DC fast chargers, allowing EV users to charge more efficiently while on the go. With these additions, ChargeSini has successfully installed 6 new AC ports and 10 new DC ports in Q4 alone, reinforcing our mission to provide seamless and reliable charging solutions.

ChargeSini remains at the forefront of innovation by collaborating with industry leaders and institutions. In Q4, we partnered with Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) and Kevin Lab to enhance smart energy management solutions for EV charging. This collaboration aims to improve efficiency, optimize energy consumption, and integrate AI-driven technology for a seamless user experience.

Additionally, ChargeSini also took another significant step in expanding Malaysia’s EV charging network by signing an MOU with KEB Properties Sdn Bhd. Under KEB’s ESG initiative, this partnership will bring EV charging facilities to Residensi Cove, Kota Syahbandar, Melaka, enhancing the property’s appeal for eco-conscious residents. By integrating EV charging solutions into residential developments, ChargeSini continues to push for a future where sustainable transportation is not just an option but a seamless part of everyday life.

ChargeSini is gearing up for even more expansion in 2025, with plans to install an additional 200 charging points in key locations across Malaysia. As we move forward, our focus remains on enhancing accessibility, improving technology, and driving Malaysia’s EV adoption to new heights.

With continued support from partners and stakeholders, ChargeSini is proud to shape the future of Malaysia’s sustainable mobility ecosystem. Stay tuned for more updates as we charge ahead into 2025!
