Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise site activities for the installation of EV chargers, electrical panels, and related infrastructure
Review and interpret engineering drawings, site layouts, and specifications
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, utility providers, and local authorities
Ensure all works comply with electrical codes, safety standards (e.g., IEC, TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga and Local Authority regulations in Malaysia), and company policies
Conduct site inspections and testing to guarantee the quality of materials and workmanship
Provide on-site troubleshooting for electrical or equipment issues
Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and as built documentation
Liaise with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery
Support the project manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Perform others related duties as may be required by the Management

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field
Fresh graduate or minimum 1 – 3 years of working experience in electrical works, preferably in power systems, renewable energy, or electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions
Strong understanding of LV/MV electrical systems, single-line diagrams, and grounding systems
Familiarity with EV charger technologies (AC & DC fast charging) is a plus
Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin (optional)
Good problem solving, communication, and project management skills
Willing to travel and work at project sites when required
